Frequently Asked Questions
The first franchise fee for your inaugural franchise in the United States stands at $35,000. For multiple units, the initial franchise fee may receive a discount for extra franchises, subject to specific conditions and criteria. Anticipated initial investment for a standard B7 in the United States is estimated to fall within the range of $350,000 to $650,000.
Certainly, you are allowed to do so. As long as your partner holds a minimum ownership stake of 50% in your organization, it is acceptable.
B7 does not offer financing though we have a broad list of recommended lenders we can share with candidates.
The continuing royalty is 5% of gross sales, excluding sales tax. The royalty is paid weekly.
The initial franchise fee covers training for up to two individuals. Additional staff members are welcome to attend the training at an additional fee.
The average traditional restaurant is between 1,600 and 2.200 sq. ft.
A franchisee is required to actively participate as an operator of their B7 restaurant(s), either personally or through a dedicated operating partner with equity, committed to the full-time management of the B7 business.
B7 franchisees will receive comprehensive support and training to set them on the path to success, including:
- Assistance and guidance in site selection from our in-house real estate team
- Management of prototypical plans, construction, and design by our in-house teams
- In-depth B7 Training Boot Camp program for restaurant managers
- Provision of confidential operations and training manuals
- Pre-opening and post-opening marketing programs, along with public relations guidance and support
After the B7 restaurant is open and operational, ongoing guidance, consultation, and support will be provided by the B7 team of experts. These support services encompass:
- Operations and training support
- Utilization of sophisticated and proprietary technology, developed by B7, to help franchisees effectively manage and control their restaurant(s)
- Marketing and public relations support from our in-house marketing and creative teams
- Implementation of innovative, state-of-the-art technological systems for managing digital marketing, customer sentiment, and social media
- Consultation for optimizing financial performance
- On-site visits, coaching, and audit reports
